My Fitness Hoops - Ladies Choice Fitness Center

I've been making the rounds to many of the local fitness centers. Last Tuesday, Ladies Choice Fitness Center (MB location) asked me to teach a Hooping class Saturday afternoon. It was only supposed to be thirty minutes but turned into an hour and fifteen minutes. We rocked out to some great tunes and it was a wonderful experience to share my passion with others who understand what it's all about. I might become a full time instructor. Who knows .... I could open my own Hooping facility. That would be awesome!

After giving it much thought, I decided to take my hoop making to the next level. You can now find my hoops here. I have found my passion! Who would have thought that a hoop could bring such renewed energy and joy? If you haven't tried to hoop since you were a child, you owe to yourself to rediscover how much fun it is. There really is a lot of truth in the term 'Hoop Bliss'. You will also reap the benefits of a great cardio workout and strengthen your abdominal muscles. And, that is a very good thing :~)
